1. What is list of actual facts, cause  and expected results of the issues or negative feeling (Worry, Fear, Hate, Selfish, Frustrations, Defeat, Humilation, Desparate) ?    Do I write list without emotion but from absolute facts ?

2. What is best possible lists of method, solution, people, tool, timing to improve issues or negative feelings?

3. What do I  decide or suggest to resolve or improve this situation for the best ?

4. When and How can I focus more hours and efforts to improve issues ?

5. What and How can I ensure my belief and resolution to deliver continual efforts ?

Once you write down out of true facts, it may resolve issues already 90%.
